Abstract/Description
The Charter of the CGIAR system was approved by CGIAR members on October 28, 2004. The Charter is not a legally binding document, nor does it impose any legal liability on CGIAR members or other components of the CGIAR system. The Charter is a one volume record including annexes. The annexes contain the rules of procedure and related arrangements of the main organs of the CGIAR System.
