dcterms.abstractFirst phase of project carried out to the development of research facilities and the on-station development of a management package for Dwarf goats production viable under village conditions started effectivelly in August 1981 at Obafemi Awolowo university, Nigeria. Experimental findings on nutritive values of different animal feeds that consist of palm leaves, Panicum meaximum hay, browse of Leucaena Leucocephala and Gliricidia speium, health reproductive performance and assessment on performance of the animals under bamboo houses also are summarized.en
