MOU between CATIE and IPGRI signed August 31, 1994 by Dr. Ruben Moncada, Director General of CATIE, and Dr. Geoffrey Hawtin, Director General of IPGRI. MOU establishes collaboration in the collection, conservation, and use of plant genetic resources. MOU is in English and contains five articles.
