Bringing Together the Best of Science and the Best of Development: Independent Review of the CGIAR System: Survey of Informed Stakeholders - Summary of Results

Summary of results volume from the Survey of Informed Stakeholders carried out in conjunction with the Independent Review of the CGIAR System in 2008. The Executive Summary looks at the main findings of the survey of people actively involved in the CGIAR, 2001-2007, from three different perspectives: (a) Common or overarching themes; (b) Responses to survey by topic; and from (c) How the five respondent groups interpret the CGIAR System.p The survey was conducted in early 2008 as part of the work of the Independent Review Panel. The results are intended to complement visits to the Centers and extensive personal interviews that were undertaken by members of the Review Panel during the same period. Appendix 2 contains the Survey Questions and tables summarizing the results of the survey and coded by question number are found in Appendix 4.
