Abstract/Description
GenderUp is a conversation-based method that supports projects and research teams in scaling agricultural innovations responsibly and as socially inclusive. By leading users to think through the scaling process and the actual impacts (positive and negative) for different social groups and anticipate unintended consequences, GenderUp enables users to meaningfully engage with diverse social groups in scaling processes and achieving desired impacts efficiently. Scaling partner Feed-the-Future Horticulture Lab (UCDavis) is actively promoting the GenderUp application; they have invested in an improved website and are training all their project teams globally on GenderUp.
