Abstract/Description
CGIAR Secretariat note on post harvest technology and CGIAR involvement in the area. Consideration of the issue by TAC and the CGIAR are reviewed. It is noted that the form of CGIAR participation is an issue before the CGIAR system review. The report suggests convening an expert group. Annexes covering activities in Asia and Africa.
