| dcterms.abstract | Miles de campesinos madrugan todos los días a colectar la leche que les significa su principal fuente de sustento y alimentación para su familia. Muchos de ellos lo hacen de la misma manera por años, con la técnica que les enseñaron sus padres y que siempre les ha funcionado. El nivel de sofisticación de estas técnicas varía mucho de una finca a otra, y por ende también la cantidad y calidad de leche producida. En el departamento de Caquetá, una región lechera donde se estima que en el año 2022 se produjeron 1 millón 873 mil litros de leche diarios según el Comité Departamental de Ganaderos del Caquetá, el Programa Rutas PDET ha sido un aliado estratégico en esta transformación implementada por la Red Adelco, ICCO Conexión y la Alianza de Bioversity International y el CIAT. | en |
