Agreement between Nigeria and ICRISAT signed at Lagos, Nigeria on September 15, 1987. This agreement establishes that ICRISAT undertake a West African sub-regional research and training program on sorghum and millet from the central base in Nigeria. Agreement is in English and contains seven articles.
