Abstract/Description
This document sets out an initial draft (Draft 1) version of the 2nd Call Full Proposal Guidance for review by CGIAR stakeholders (Fund Council, ISPC, IEA, current CRPs and Centers). As well as a description of the elements of the expected submissions, this draft introduces the overarching principles for programs and the basis for allocation of resources, as these two items have particular relevance in the shaping of the 2nd call.
