Abstract/Description
This memorandum of agreement is entered into and executed by and between thegovernment of Papua New Guinea represented by the Department of Agriculture and Livestock represented by the Honorable Minister Roy Evara, and IRRI, represented by Klaus Lampe, Director General. The agreement was signed September 22, 1992.
