Abstract/Description
Report of a TAC workshop on plant breeders' rights held at FAO headquarters, Rome, 26-28 January 1982. The workshop addressed the implications of national plant breeders' rights legislation and policies for the work of the CGIAR Centers and their relationship with developing countries.
