The University of Reading's AERDD Bulletin has now been re-launched under the new title The Rural Extension Bulletin. The aim of the new bulletin is to serve rural development practitioners by keeping them in touch with thinking on topics which are important to them in their work, and allowing them a forum to exchange experiences. As before, there will be some thematic issues whilst other issues will contain articles on a mix of topics. The first edition of The Rural Extension Bulletin takes 'Project monitoring and evaluation' as its theme. Forthcoming issues are planned on the themes of 'Development for pastoralists' and 'Rural finance markets'.
