IRRI Responses to the Recommendations of the Sixth External Programme and Management Review

Responses from IRRI on the recommendations of the sixth EPMR. Letter dated April 16, 2004 is addressed to Per Pinstup-Andersen and signed by Keijiro Otsuka, IRRI Chair, and Ronald Cantrell, IRRI Director General. The letter responds to the ten recommendations made in the EPMR. IRRI management accepts and endorses the recommendations with a few explanations.This document was discussed at the CGIAR Business Meeting during AGM 2004.
