System Review Follow-Up: Recommendation by Cosponsors on the Integration of TAC and IAEG

Note by the CGIAR Cosponsors (FAO, UNDP, UNEP, World Bank) describing a proposal for the integration of TAC and the Impact Assessment and Evaluation Group (IAEG). The cosponsors proposed a synthesis of the options presented by TAC and by the IAEG in the paper "Future Relationship between IAEG and TAC." The proposal entailed forming a Co-sponsor-appointed TAC standing panel on impact assessment and evaluation with which to replace the existing IAEG.
