Data Requirements of the CGIAR

Joint FAO - World Bank recommendation that a working committee consisting of representatives of all three cosponsors be established to further investigate the types of data needed to determine research priorities and indicate potential returns to research. The working group would also provide insights into trends in donor support, levels of investment in agricultural research in developing countries themselves, and rates of return on such investments.
