Agreement between the Government of Malaysia and ICLARM regarding the establishment and the operation of the headquarters of ICLARM in Malaysia. The agreement was signed at Kuala Lumpur on January 17, 2000 between the Honorable Datuk Mohd Effendi bin Norwawi, Minister of Agriculture for Malaysia and Dr. Meryl Williams, Director General of ICLARM. The agreement is in English and contains sixteen articles.
