Evaluating the Director General: The Assessment Process: Board Reference Guide No. 6

Document on methods for use by center boards of trustees in assessing the performance of IARC directors general. This was the sixth in a series of seven reference guides for CGIAR centers and their boards of trustees, published in 1997. The guides were prepared by the CGIAR Secretariat and the National Center for Nonprofit Boards (NCNB), and reviewed by the Oversight Committee and the Committee of Board Chairs (CBC). The first guide was discussed at the CGIAR Mid Term Meeting in May 1996.
