Abstract/Description
The Independent Review's Technical Report begins with an Overview of Findings and Recommendations, followed by 15 Chapters which, collectively, address the Review’s Terms of Reference and cover four over-riding topics as outlined in the Inception Report: the global context in which the CGIAR operates; governance of the CGIAR and its Centers; financing; and partnerships. The report is 697 pages long. The Technical Report was discussed at the CGIAR's AGM08 in Maputo, Mozambique.
