| dcterms.abstract | El presente informe se enmarca dentro del trabajo que el Programa de Investigación del CGIAR en Cambio Climático, Agricultura y Seguridad Alimentaria (CCAFS), el Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT) y el Centro de Estudios Regionales Cafeteros y Empresariales (CRECE) vienen realizando para apoyar al Gobierno de Colombia en la formulación de su Política de Crecimiento Verde mediante la consultoría Productividad de la tierra y rendimiento del sector agropecuario medido a través de los indicadores de crecimiento verde en el marco de la Misión de Crecimiento Verde en Colombia. El objetivo del estudio es dar a conocer el estado actual de los indicadores de crecimiento verde para diferentes sistemas productivos agropecuarios en Colombia e identificar las opciones tecnológicas que permitan mejorarlos, con el fin de incrementar la productividad de la tierra sin afectar negativamente los demás indicadores de crecimiento verde. Este reporte corresponde a la sección (3.4) de la fase tres del estudio sobre análisis detallado. En particular, este informe reconoce que Colombia es un país particular por sus riquezas naturales, por la variedad de su geografía y por la diversidad de sus ecosistemas y de su clima. De acuerdo a lo anterior, se convierte en prioritario analizar los temas de agricultura y crecimiento verde a la luz de las particularidades presentadas por cada una de las regiones colombianas. Es así como este informe presenta el resultado de la construcción de los indicadores de crecimiento verde a nivel regional. La Información proporcionada por estos indicadores será clave para que de la mano con los gremios y gobierno se seleccionen las 5 tecnologías promisorias que serán trabajadas en las fases 3 y 4 de este estudio. This report is part of the work that the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS), the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and the Center for Regional Coffee and Business Studies (CRECE) have been doing to support the Government of Colombia in the formulation of its Green Growth Policy through a consulting project on Land productivity and yield of the agricultural sector measured through the green growth indicators in the framework of the Green Growth Mission in Colombia. The objective of the study is to present the current state of green growth indicators for different agricultural production systems in Colombia and identify the technological options to improve them, in order to increase the productivity of the land without negatively affecting the other indicators of green growth This report corresponds to section (3.4) of phase three of the detailed analysis study. In particular, this report recognizes that Colombia is a particular country for its natural riches, for the variety of its geography and for the diversity of its ecosystems and climate. According to the above, it becomes a priority to analyze the issues of agriculture and green growth in light of the particularities presented by each of the Colombian regions.
