This Joint Declaration is a non binding statement of aspiration and intent that describes the fundamental principles unifying the CGIAR participants, as well as the roles and responsibilities flowing from those principles. The document contains a statement of resolve and principles, followed by annexes. This document was discussed and endorsed at the 2009 CGIAR Business Meeting.
