It is part of a scoping study for Living Lab sites in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, focusing on aquatic food systems and identifying issues and potential intervention areas for Work Package 3 (“creating living labs for people") of the CGIAR Initiative on Low-Emission Food Systems (Mitigate+). The specific focus of this study is the city and provincial-level municipality of Can Tho, located on the Hau Giang River and is the largest city in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam.en
