| dcterms.abstract | La creación de escenarios socioeconómicos futuros permite explorar de manera coherente diferentes versiones plausibles de un país, como Honduras, y cómo ese contexto puede favorecer o limitar programas de adaptación frente al cambio climático. Si se quiere potenciar la producción nacional, las políticas deben ir en la ruta de la construcción de un ambiente habilitador para la producción del Corredor Seco. Esto incluye el desarrollo de capital humano, fortalecimiento de las organizaciones y cooperativas, microempresas locales. Generar competitividad a través de la consolidación de cadenas de valor para productos locales. Inversión en programas productivos orientados a la nutrición, así como programas de alimentación complementaria materno – infantil. | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | The creation of future socio-economic scenarios allows for a coherent exploration of different plausible versions of a country, such as Honduras, and how that context can favor or limit adaptation programs in the face of climate change. If national production is to be enhanced, policies must go in the path of building an enabling environment for Dry Corridor production. This includes the development of human capital, strengthening of organizations and cooperatives, local microenterprises. Build competitiveness through the consolidation of value chains for local products.
