dc.title | Making the Most of the Coast : a pre-proposal for a Challenge Program to reverse degradation of coastal resources and enhance livelihoods. | en |
dcterms.abstract | At AGM01, the CGIAR decided to immediately initiate the regular Challenge Program(CP) process by calling for ideas. Of the 41 CP ideas received, 13 were recommended bythe interim Science Council (iSC) and endorsed by the CGIAR for pre-proposaldevelopment. The attached pre-proposal, Making the Most of the Coast: A proposal toReverse Degradation of Coastal Resources and Enhance Livelihoods is one of four proposals that the iSC considered meritorious and would further consider for review after meeting certain requirements. The pre-proposals were presented in Parallel Session III. The cover sheet reflects two proposals, but only one is attached to this document. The second proposal has been catalogued separately. This document was discussed at AGM02 during the stakeholder meeting. | en |
