Abstract/Description
TAC document prepared by the continuing sub-committee dealing with priorities. It sets out a framework for continuing priority setting going forward from TAC's recently completed paper on priorities and strategies, leading to the completion of a revised priorities paper every five years. CGIAR priorities are regarded as an ongoing, continuing activity that lends the priorities and strategies paper the character of a 'living document.' TAC also discusses existing systems for monitoring and evaluation of agreed CGIAR priorities and ways of measuring the impact of CGIAR-supported activities at the center and system level. Agenda document, CGIAR midterm meeting, May 1987, and TAC 42.
