Abstract/Description
The Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) initiated and led the development of a challenge program proposal for Sub-Saharan Africa. The program proposal describes the rationale for a challenge program for Sub-Saharan Africa, its program agenda, implementation, governance and organization. This report was discussed at the Stakeholder Meeting 2003, under agenda item 6.
