Summary of ExCo 15 Discussion and Recommendations to the CGIAR on the CGIAR's Change Management Process

The CGIAR's Change Steering Team (CST) Chair, Rodney Cooke and Co-Chair, Jonathan Wadsworth, presented their team's report, the “Integrated CGIAR Reform Proposal” to ExCo. The presentation gave a brief background on the change management initiative and the process to date, including the development of the earlier agreed CGIAR Vision and CGIAR Strategic Objectives which have guided the activities of the change management process. This document was discussed at the CGIAR's AGM08 Business Meeting at Maputo, Mozambique.
