Abstract/Description
Report of the third and final meeting of the CGIAR Interim Executive Council, held on October 29, 2001, one day prior to the CGIAR 2001 Annual General Meeting, after which the Executive Council would conduct its first meeting on November 2. The Council endorsed the proposed US$340 million 2002 CGIAR financing plan, and the change to a simultaneous approval process of Centers' medium term plans and financial plans to accommodate the elimination of the Group's annual Mid Term Meeting. Council members discussed and suggested modifications to the twelve recommendations of the draft Integrated Proposal for CGIAR Reform.
