Report of the Sixth External Program and Management Review (EPMR) of the Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT)

Report of the sixth external program and management review (EPMR) of CIAT, conducted between early 2007 and July 2007 by a panel chaired by Eduardo Venezian. The EPMR was discussed at AGM07 and includes a commentary by the Science Council, CIAT's response to the review and a trasmittal letter and report of the Panel on the EPMR. Two key findings from the review were the need to overcome governance and management shortcomings and to clarify CIAT's future strategic research agenda.
