Report by Robert Blake, co-chair of the CGIAR NGO Committee to the CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, May 1996. It covers committee activities since its first report to ICW95. Issues discussed include NGO relations with NARS and the need for mainstreaming collaboration with NGOs into IARC work programs.
